Who sees the card?+
Every Door Direct Mail goes to 10,000+ households across our published Oconee and Clarke County routes — every home on the route, not a targeted list. That's why local service businesses convert so well: you're in every kitchen for weeks.
How often do you mail?+
Quarterly. Four drops per year keeps your offer in front of customers without saturating them.
Do I have to design the ad myself?+
No. Submit your offer details and we'll design the ad block in our house style. You review and approve before it goes to print.
Can two businesses in the same category be on one card?+
The Premier Block (4.5×3) includes category exclusivity. Smaller sizes share the card with other categories but we space competing categories apart.
What if my ad block doesn't fill the drop?+
We only print when the card is full. If a drop doesn't fill, you can defer to the next quarter or refund — your choice.
How do I track results?+
We recommend a unique phone extension, coupon code, or landing URL on your ad. We'll suggest one if you don't have it. Cards typically generate calls for 6–8 weeks per drop.
Can I change my offer between drops?+
Yes. Each drop is a fresh design — update your offer, art, or contact info before the production deadline (typically 3 weeks before mailing).
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit and debit cards via Stripe at checkout. ACH available on request for annual prepay.
