Terms of Service

By submitting a signup or placing an order with Main Street Lumens ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We design, print, and distribute shared direct-mail advertising cards to residential addresses in our published service areas. Ad placements are sold on a first-come, first-served basis subject to category exclusivity where noted.

2. Content responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the offer, terms, and contact information you provide. You warrant you have rights to all logos, photos, and trademarks supplied.

3. Payment & cancellation

Orders are billed at checkout. Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the production deadline for the upcoming drop, less any design fees already incurred.

4. Production & delivery

We commit to commercially reasonable efforts to print and mail by the scheduled drop date. Delivery dates by USPS are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected ad placement.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here.
